I'm a 18 years old guy and I'm 5'2 feet tall. Is it possible for me to grow from 5'2 to 5'7 in a few years? Usually guys stop growing at 23 years old. Possible to get to 5'7 in this period of time between 18 and 23 years old?

i'm 15, andi'm 5"2, i know that i'm not gonna grow anymore, you stop growing in your teen years, i think you can grow more if you go to the doctors, so they have bone minerals and stuff

A further gain of 5" is extremely difficult, but you can gain apx 3" if you exercise (stretching exercises) and eat a balanced diet, rich in minerals and calcium. Anything more than 3 " is also possible, but it is a matter of chance.
