Unless you want to be a widow soon, call an ambulance the next time it happens. He'll be seen sooner if the ambulance takes him in. Better yet, don't wait. He can be stubborn later but he'll probably thank you. Do not leave it up to him. He is scared to hear that it may be something really bad. Ask him how scared he is to leave you right now. You have a stake in it so you have the say. Demand he go to the doctor ASAP. Tell him too bad if he doesn't want to go to the doctor, you don't want to bury your husband.
I got this off webmd:
Brain Aneurysm
Topic Overview
What are the symptoms?
Most brain aneurysms cause no symptoms and may only be discovered during tests for another, usually unrelated, condition. In other cases, an unruptured aneurysm will cause problems by pressing on areas within the brain. When this happens, the person may suffer from severe headaches, blurred vision, changes in speech, and neck pain, depending on the areas of the brain that are affected and the severity of the aneurysm. If you have any of the following symptoms or notice them in someone you know, see a health professional immediately.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

<>Your husband is very foolish. By refusing to see a doctor, he risks his health dnagerously. The symptoms you describe could be as simple as an allergy, but more likely protend something much more serious, like a stroke. Try your best to get him to go; as a last ditch, you might suggest he at least prepare a will so everything is covered.

Could be a brain tumor, could be high blood pressure, could be taking too much panadol, could be alot of things. Definately symptoms that need to be evaluated by a professional. Find out why he refuses to go and do your best to encourage him to be seen.
