Basically you have all these dead skin cells hanging on when it's dry & the histamines in your body comes to your defense. That's what makes you itch. It treats it like an allergy. The best way to ease it is to clean with an exfoliate & apply a good lotion while still damp. Always pat dry instead of rubbing & if you have dry heat get a humidifier.

I just wanted to send a huge thanks for the book called eczema free forever!

due to driness. drink lot of water. apply oil in the skin
