I don't think that you need to stop eating but I do think that you may need to see a psychologist.

Very possibly, you may have candida overgrowth in your body. This can cause blood sugar to go out of control, excessive cravings/appetite and the inability to even control or stop eating half the time.

when you go on a diet, the headache may actually be part of detoxing!

I suggest strongly to you, to look up candida overgrowth and get yourself on a proper candida diet to start to reduce this yeast inside your system (it is very common).

Unfortunately, to do this, youwill have to eliminate sugar in your daily diet completely. No sugar, no yeast foods, no gluten grains (like wheat, rye, barley oats etc). Possibly even no fruit or milk (or at least limit them).

If you have a yeast issue? And you eliminate sugar and the ohter things and start eating healthy foods like eggs, meat, vegetables (no potatoes, as they are high in starch/natural sugar), plus plain acidophilus yoghurt, having some healthy raw nuts like brazil and almonds, you should find your symptoms get much worse. You will most likely feel worse, possibly get headaches, tiredness, nausea, sleepy etc.

IF this should occur, you will be in no doubt that this is your problem. I'm sorry to say, but in order to do anything about this, you have to starve the candida to death, by not allowing it any of the sugars/yeasts/gluten grains. One it starts to starve, then you'll get sicker from the toxins as the yeast starts dying. If you keep going and don't give in or cheat, your health should improve markedly!!! And later on, your cravings and continual excessive appetite should start to abate. However, it requires will power and vigilence.

You will need to stay away from fizzy drinks, tea and coffee. Water and herb tea is ok.

You could try doing this for about two weeks or so and see what happens to you. You maybe shocked at the amount of toxins that start to come out of you!!!

Well, everyone HAS to eat. I recommend you don't eat fried stuff and oily foods. Eat salads without dressing. Eat less carbo (rice, noodles, bread) Stick to fruits and vegs. Use alternative ways of cooking your food. Like steaming, baking. Not frying.

check for vital vitamin and mineral deficiencies and your diet will contribute to any food cravings. Supplement Miltie Vita with mineral containing chromium to keep you blood sugar levels stable.

Why do you want to stop eating? This seems scary. Please see a psychologist. It sounds like you might have an eating disorder.
