im about 5'5 - 13 yrs old 125 pounds.. ive always wanted to lose stomache fat, everythin else is fine its just my tummy and where your ribs are i hate that ! side fat too.. its so anoyying. what should i eat? do ? & no i cant go anywhere like the gym so something in my room ! lol

Models are freaks of nature. They are born perfect. Sometimes they have to work out, but that is all that's to it.

Your probably not going to look like a model because first of all your too short. Models are usually at least 5'8" and more and tall and lanky. But being 5'5" is not a bad thing you just have to make the most of what you have and being just skinny and bony probably is not a good look for you-do you drink lots of sodas of junk food? when I cut back on sugar drinks and watched my diet my stomach did become flatter. You have to engage in some physical activity as well that keeps you healthy and toned and your only 13! your body is going to continue to change but my advice to you is eat healthy foods and water and exercise and you will reap the benefits! And you will have a better body than those models you look up to!

You are a perfect size. The best way to look like a model, is to have your picture taken and have someone photo shop the image. I have seen a few models in real life and I was very disappointed. They looked very different from their glossy images in the magazines. Always eat 3 small meals a day and if you have to stay in your room to exercise buy a stationary bike or treadmill.

You wanna look like a model - stop eating. Just remember, most men will not find you very attractive. Women are supposed to have nice curves and fat in certain places, that's what makes them attractive.

just exercise and stomach exercises (crunchies, leg lifts, etc.)

running is your best bet to lose the fat and get you in shape in the process.

dont worry about looking like a model, because unless you grow 6-8 more inches and keep the amount of weight you have now, it wont happen.

next time you ask a question, ask how to to get in shape to be attractive, not to be a model.

Half hour walk around the neighbourhood each day

20 push ups
20 sit ups

Watch the caloric intake

Still, as you are 13yo, you have plenty of time to sculpt your body. What you need to focus on now is the hard bit of getting your habits right. Bad habits are hard to break.

Find the ones that died of a food disorder or drug use like cocaine and carry the body home. If you mean making your body like theirs...I would steer clear of that...most men find girls that are skinner than holocaust victims un-attractive.
