Would you realize I was "in love" with you or would you just think it was a regular kiss? And is a kiss on the neck "more than friends"?
I am definately interested in him. People keep telling me he's interested in me. But a can't read a man's actions toward me. When I say this...they say "You already know.", but I don't!

you gave a guy a kiss on the neck? if he made no effort to try to intercept your incoming kiss (redirect the destination from neck to his lips) then he is either extremely shy or only sees the two of you as friends.
speaking here as a 33year old man, I'm extremely bad at picking up on signals. A girl could kiss me on the lips passionately and i'd take that as her having a bit of fun. unless she backed that kiss up with a verbal statement of how she feels or felt i'd be none the wiser.
so speak to the guy, tell him how you feel, tell him what you want from the relationship make it clear with no hidden meanings so he understands perfectly. if you do not want to speak to him email him, hand write a note to hime again staing clearly how you feel and what you want.
a kiss on the neck is only friends. on the lips is romance, below the neckline right down to and including the toes is love and romance. (without getting too graphic)
anywhere on the face or top of the head is friends and family.
admittedly some familes do kiss on the lips which personally i find a vomit inducing thought, but thats my problem.
some of us men are hard to read i'll give you that. so you see one guy you like the look of do not send him signals speak to him it is the only guaranteed way to know how he feels back and basically know if he is or would be interested in what you are offering.

A kiss on the neck IS more than just friends. Let's be clear on that. But, it doesn't necessarily mean that you're in love with someone. A connection on many levels that allows you to feel safe and trust another is a pretty good basis for being in love with someone. A kiss on the neck is an "indicator" of how you feel. To most guys that are paying attention, it means that you're feeling "frisky." TALK TO HIM!! It'll let him know you're more than just physically attracted to him. Wouldn't you feel better if a guy talked to you instead of acting like a caveman to get your attention?

It doesnt necessarily mean ur in love though...id probly get the impression u dig me and ask you out.

So I just wanna tell you that give some more hints to him so he can understand that u love him & if he knows then may he'll propose u as early. (If he do not like any one else)
