You could go to waukegan, Illinois(misspelled) very cheap and fast. Only takes about 5 minutes. Or if that is too far away for you, try typing in marriage license on google or yahoo, and browse through the sites until you find something you want. Very easy.

If you are of legal age you do not need your family to be present, but, you will need 2 witnesses.
