I have to vote for Macallan 18. It's very smooth, with a buttery almond flavor. Let it mellow over ice for a few minutes and enjoy. If the budget doesn't allow, they make a 12 year that's much cheaper and almost as good. On the other hand, you could go for broke and opt for the 25. IMO, it's a bit too strong. The alcohol overpowers the other flavors. I actually prefer the 18.

Mine is a cheap taste on the rocks. I enjoy White Horse blend.
