can someone PLEAS translate "que haces de tu vida" in english?

que haces de tu vida = what are you doing of/with your life

but you can not translate it literally, in English it would be:

how are you doing? (it is an expression)

Tengo que reir. Una de las respuestas dice que la palabra haces quiere decir (think). Seguramente no se puede confiar en la red. En Inglés la frase quiere decir: What are you making of your life? What are you doing with your life? El problema es Inglés no es Español. Las reglas son diferéntes. No se puede traducir palabra por palabra, muchas veces.
Palabra por palabra:
Qué = what
haces = you do, or you make
tu = your
vida = life

It's not a full sentence- by itself, it means "what you do in/with your life".
