I opened my container where i keep the pistachoes and saw a web there. The container was tightly closed. What could it be? There was no spider there. There was nothing except pistachoes and web.

The web was probably caused by some type of small worm. It is very common; however usually on things such as Strawberries

May be some piece of pistachoes were not dried promptly and they were sealed while storing them,this may be the cause which infected other pieces of pistachoes and web appearing

could there have been a lil bug inside one of the pistachoes?
that does sometimes happen

There are bugs in food. There could have been a bug within the bag of nuts when you purchased the item. Remember they are picked.

Web indicates some type of worm ---- throw the contents and do not consume them.

I am thinking that a small spider crawled in there while you were eating the pistachios and you sealed it in.
