if you want to get bigger, than your going to need to lift heavy, and eat heavy.

your going to need to get on a 4000+ calorie a day diet. not just junk food either. mainly protien and carbohydrates. they have all kinds of weight gainers at gnc and other places so thats pretty easy.

the next part is lifting. if size is your primary goal, then your going want to lift maximum amount of weights with fewer repetition. i reccomend (chest for example) a 5 4 3 2 1 set. start with a warm up set on bench, a weight you can do varily easy 10-12 times (twice if u want to really warm up). after that, your gonna want start at a dificult weight that you have trouble with doing 5 times. Go up in weight by either a 5lb or 10lb weight on each side, and do that 4 times. Repeat until you get to one. finish with maxing out.

doing this with biceps, or triceps, or anything is a great simple way to work on size and strength.

hope this helps, and dont lose focus! over half the people who join a gym quit within the first three months. just keep with it, and you'll get there. take care

Actually, I think that doing exercises is always the best way to increase your weight whenever you want. Of course, you can eat more, too. But not too much, and it should have enough nutrition in it.
