que haces de tu vida = what are you doing of/with your life

but you can not translate it literally, in English it would be:

how are you doing? (it is an expression)

En Inglés l. a. frase quiere decir: What are you making of your existence? What are you doing consisting of your existence? Palabra por palabra: Qué = what haces = you do, or you're making tu = your vida = existence
