Anyone else's Adderall XR 10mg capsules half-empty?

Question

I was recently prescribed Adderall XR 10mg capsule, and when I got them home from the pharmacy they are all half empty. I have never seen a capsule like it. The beads seem to only occupy 1/2 of the pill when its tilted on its edge. Is this normal? I am simply worried because I know that Adderall is a Schedule 2 drug and has a high street value, and I don't want some disreputable pharmacist making off with half my medicine.

My son's was always half full. We had pour his out of the capsule and pour it in applesauce for him to take it, so I am sure that it was never full.

Yes, that is normal. Was this your first time getting this or your first time looking at it? IF someone was going to steal your adderall for the 'street value' then they would steal something that has a higher street value instead of adderall. Yes it IS a CII and yes they are half empty. And why would a pharmacist want to take half of your pill rather than a whole pill. Would they get the whole street value?

Bill, try not to trip over your testicles when walking, because you have enormous balls to say what you did.

To imply that your pharmacist is stealing half of the contents is very slippery ground. Had you named them, you could get sued for libel.

It is of course normal for a capsule to be half full. How can a machine fill both halves of a capsule and then put them together. If you don't believe me, call the manufacturer or another (Adderall-stealing) Pharmacist.

Just realized a couple of bottles I had were empty too, I heard one drop and it sounded hollow well I opened them and all in two bottles completely empty. I had bought these from
CVS, guess I had been taking empy medicines
