USB is not very satisfactory for transferring video - as has been pointed out here in response to many similiar questions. YOU really need firewire as the transfer rate is far, far faster.

Yes,just use the USB cable but you must have the software.........you can get the software through JVC website i guess...........

plug the camera in the computer. the driver should install automatically
