By being yourself, say how you feel, and defiantly don't ware your heart on your sleeve because if you do you will find out the hard way why you shouldn't. People will take advantage of you bad. Don't sucker into things, and to tell you the truth! if you can count more than 3 people on one hand in a whole life time, Your lucky! I've had several best friends, but somehow got screwed by them or lied to somehow. right now I have had 1 best best best friend (like a sister) for 16 years now and totally trust her with anything and I feel fortunate to have her, I've go lots and lots of friends but a TRUE BLUE close best friend is hard to find sometimes! But don't give up because there are alot of other people who feel the same way and are looking just like you! I was 22 when I first met sue my best friend Remember Be Yourself and Don't lie to make friends or cheat or steal cause if they do that,"that means they will lie cheat and steal from u to" I mean what would be the difference to them? You cannot make good friends. You can only have friendships which are with good people. If you are faithful to your friends, the friendships will work and you can count on them.
Be honest, never try to showoff, never try to show upmanship to get close to some people, be little sincere.

To make good friends,
1. First be a good person to people u like
2. Listen to your friends. Eg: what they like, their problems etc
3. Support them but don't expect anything in return
