April 30th is the Eve of Beltane. Some people Satan Worshippers celebrate this as a holiday. May 1st is a Pagan Sabbat that is the celebration of the Union of the God and Goddess. Although, Pagans do not worship Satan, many early Christians believed they did.

It's not only significant to Satanists, but to many pagans (very different religions). It's the exact opposite date of Halloween, and has many of the same legends about it (a thinning of the veil between the worlds, etc.)
