Simple. Saddam convinced the world (not just Bush) that he had WMD's which would include Chemical and Biological weapons. France, England, Spain, Italy, and the United Nations all said he did. Just as Kerry and Clinton said he did. Hell Saddam said he did. Thought that would stop America from attacking! The Kurds died by the thousands from it. When they try to say since we did not find much of it (yes we did find some) remember that you can put enough Chemical weapons material in 1 tractor trailer to wipe out most of the east coast of America. Not hard to hide. Easily could have sent it to Syria once America and Britain invaded.
He was threatening to destabilize the entire Middle East. Which would have drove your gas prices to at least double and wrecked or slowed most of Europes economies drastically. See what Iran has plans to do. If you really research the Middle East and not just listen to CBS (America's Cry Baby Station) and BBS ( (Britain's Bullsh*t Station) Learn what is really going on, you might decide that we should have done more. Research it for yourself
