In a more fast pace? And is there anything to make the hair longer and thicker? I'm tired of having short hair!

My hair grows like a weed.. i do what my grand mother told me to do... she took care of movie star hairs in the 1930 to 1940'..
one eat a good heath diet, including olive oil.
two DO NOT wash it a lot...she told me one time a week.. and in the dry winter months less.. and to use talcum power for a dry wash..
use vinegar or lemon for conditioner..
stay away for store chemical products...
i have told this to numerous people and their hair started to grow..
my hair grows about a foot a year.. a neighbor who could not grow long hair; changed her diet and washed her hair one time a week verse the 4 to 7 times a week and she can not believe the rate her hair is growing....

make a braid it works...
dont use curling iron
dont tie your hair strengthly
use natural oils e.g.:olive , cactus,almonds oil
