Distrust = poison in a relationship. So even if you were to kiss and makeup, you will have that gnawing insect in your brain called distrust killing your relationship. Everything he does is suspect. Can you continue like that in ANY relationship? He still has feelings for her. You know that. That is why you are writing here. You have been used by him because you have provided him an emotional shelter. You can't save this relationship. It is over. I am sorry about that, but the only thing you can do is save yourself. It will be painful, but you can bear the pain now or more later on. Imagine if you were pregnant and your relationship fell apart? Please do the smart thing. You already know what you have to do. Do not let your love blind you.

Your questions is "How do you get through this?"? I say be thankful you only wasted one year. Women hold all the power, but for some reason, skanky double-crossing guys like this never have any problems getting a woman to put up with their nonsense. If every woman just kicked every jerk to the curb, and there wasn't some other woman there to pick him up, maybe there would be fewer jerks.

So let the ex have him. Gather up your dignity and get on with your life.

you need to leave him because you just said that you have been together for a year and he just recently kicked her out!! no you need to leave him because if you stay that will give him the impression that even though he does cheat on you you will forgive him so he'll just keep doing it!!

You know what to do.

Even guys are telling you the fact.

Its just up to you to go by 'feeling' or fact.
