No, don't tell him you love him right now. Just start a conversation with him and slowly bring up the subject of maybe you and he going out sometimes. You can get his reaction to that, then either follow up and give up on the idea. I would certainly try to talk to him first. Good luck.

Somehow, somewhere, you may get the chance to take him to oneside soon enough. Surely, you must get some idea if whether he feels similar towards you? Dont force yourself into doing something you are not ready for. I know you WANT him! But, you may have to wait until the moment feels right and it'll be kind of spontaneous, instead of planned. Though you are in a sense planning "Something", let it happen at a time/place where you just think "this is it".
Your brother? Well yeah, it could be little embarrassing at first, cause it's one of his friends, but he can learn to live with it, if things go further with you and his mate. He'll probalby think "OH GOD" if he finds out lol. But he'll get used to it.
For now, enjoy his friend as you have been and see if you pick up signals from him, check out his body language towards you (not too obviously). LIke does he tend to stand near you? Does he look at you in a certain way when you're chatting (quite intensely), just he joke around you, try to make you laugh? Obviously he likes you, there is no doubt there, but you want to know if he REALLY likes you. He may well think the same...
Just let nature take its course, but just make a few extra efforts as well. Tease him a little bit.
You'll figure it out, little hints, little teases, you don't have to push it too far, or go overboard, just wait for those moments where you feel right to do something.
As for outright telling him? See if he starts to react more strongly towards you. but if it's already been going on for a while and you really feel the need that it's time to tell him, then sure, as I mentioned, you'll find the right moment to say something to him.
I would definitely not tell him you "love him", that'll come across as too much and freaky. But if you feel you want to let him know at some point directly, then you can just simply tell him that you really like him, but that it's awkward for you to admit this, as he's a friend of your brothers and ask what he thinks of that.
Something to that affect. It's nice that he has respect for you and you enjoy him so much. I know it's hard, because when you like someone that much, you are terrified if your enthusiasm for them, may not be returned by them if you admit how you really feel.
If only one could just KNOW. So, just wind up to it, let things build and take it step by step, but continue to relax and have fun with him. He may surprise you by saying somethign to you first!!!

Love is a curios thing. For each individual it is a different thing and as you get older what love is to you will also change. For now just be friends with him as well, if you start to move closer on a more personal level than you will have all the answers you need.

may be you could wait for some time? try to speak with your brother, not directly about the guy, but using some hints... Don't tell the guy you like him first, he should win you, should aim for you, otherwise just leave him alone. There are lots of good guys in this world, some of them like us, others - don't, some are meant to be with us, others - are not.

This is what I think.....
Don't tell him how you feel cuz you never even went out with him and that might scare him off. Instead just wait tell he'll ask you out. love is worth waiting for!
I wouldn't worry about ur brother....he might not like it...or maybe he won't care. It depends on ur guys sis-bro relationship. Anyway just think how u would feel if ur bro fell for one of ur girlfriends.
hope this helps :)

Don't be first to express to a guy that you love him. You can instead express...' I have feelings for you '...or ' I care for you ', " I have interest in you ', ' I adore you ', (adore is another word for love, yet safer to express in this case). A man may say ' I'd love for a woman to tell me she loves me first '...yet in the long run...he really wants to express it first. There are other ways to encourage him to feel safe and secure of your feelings that will more comfortably open the environment for him to express to you.
