Generally warm and humid, moderated by winds..dry season from January.

February gets cooler but not much. Not good to take a short travel during this period..swimming is not enjoyable.

It depends on what you consider cold...it doesn't ever really get cold in guam at all...tropical weather all year round. Although, there are some parts of the island that can get a little chilly, like up in the mountians, (WIndward Hills...ect...) Those parts can get cool at times. Especially after sunset. As for the swimming in the ocean part...I'd never swim in the ocean at winter...even in Guam...The water is just too cold for me!

To close to the Equator to be cold. Guam is a lovely island, happy they are part of the USA. Great place to visit. The citizens there are very friendly and nice. Cheers
