Well, normally, no. But people can be annoying, and I do have my limits. If my friends and family kept on bugging me about being single and I couldn't take it anymore, I might just grab a random guy from a bar and pretend he's my boyfriend just to shut them up. Thankfully, I have yet to reach my limit.

No. I'm not ashamed or embarrassed to be seen alone. That includes movie theaters, the opera and ballet, upscale and not-so-upscale restaurants, and most other venues.

Cherish your time being single. It's a time for personal growth in a way that is completely different from personal growth while with a partner. You can live your life the way you want it without compromise, do what you want when you want, try new hobbies and pastimes. Enjoy it! And don't be afraid to be seen alone. Nobody is paying any attention to you.

Get more of a life. Get out more and enjoy the company of yourself. If you go out with other people not to be alone it doesnt mean its a date. Could be just a couple friends spending time with each other.

No. I would only date a person if I really liked them. Dating someone just for appearances (unless the other person is aware and agrees to it) is just using that person. I would never mess around with another person's feelings like that.

HA! No I've never even thought about it being an issue & I'm surprised anyone would. I gotta say that I'm becoming quite disturbed at the weird ways that people think and strange things that people worry about. That's just really insecure.
