Definitely. There are lots of good guys out there that will respect your decision and if you find one that doesn't, drop him. Keep your moral and you will be happier about it. You deserve a lot of respect. God bless you.

I have to be honest and tell you that it will not be easy. Many men want sex and not all of them are willing to wait for it. I applaude you for a very mature and wise decision. I am 25 and am also a virgin. I have no shame. I believe God wants me to wait until marriage. I do advise you to let anyone you date know your decision right off the back. Never lead a man on. If they tell you they can't be with you due to your decision, than they aren't really worth it. I'm glad to see that they still have strong, young women out there, that aren't just going to give it up to anyone to keep a man. Remember you're worth waiting for. You go girl!

I would like to know too because I am also a 19 year old virgin looking for a respectable guy to respect my wishes to wait until marriage.
I know that good guys are few and far between, but they are out there! We just have to be patient and trust that God will bring them to us when the time is right!!
Good for you and God bless you! Your future husband will truly cherish your gift! :)

Take all the time you need, I am a father of a 12 y/o girl and I pray that there will be a guy like that for her. Don't be in a hurry, it sounds like you are doing the right thing. Try looking @ church or youth groups... good luck

of course.
there are guys who are willing to wait.
you just need a guy who admires that you are strong enough to make your own decision and waiting is one of them.
and it's not like a respectable guy would ask point blank if you are a virgin.
if someone is bothered by that they aren't worth the time or the energy.

yes dear, and if he doesnt respect your morals and integrity
that is his loss. i dont know too many 19 y.o. that are still virgins.
you stick to your guns, and make friends first, its easier that way to learn of others input and there integrity to the subject matter.
i am seeing a lady that is 29 y.o. virgin and i totally
give her space and its at her own time and her own choice
of when her first time is. you take your time, and stick to your guns. you can only give that virtue of yours to one man and one man only, so let it be to the man that marries you(if you are holding out for marriage first). good for you.
my father married my stepmom, and her first time was with my dad. they have been married for over 30 years and still in love.
men appreciate that fact of a woman when it comes to marriage, but while they are still young and hungry, there minds seem to be on one thing. so good luck to you

If the guy really wants to wait until marriage, then yes it is possible, but with men these days, the chances are very slim :(

Sure... Why not? Especially if you tell the guy this before you commit to him and he still wants to be your boyfriend.
