in the king james bible, where can I find divorce rules when God says it's ok to get one?

He gave rules as to why one can get a divorce in his eyes,i.e. if one has comitted adultery, if one is treating one horribly, if one is disrespecting one(I've read it, but I can't remember which scriptures)

Matthew19:9)says that the only Grounds for divorce is adultery otherwise the one divorcing his wife or her husband and going and marryingsomeone else is committing adultery, because God hates a divorcing!(Malachi2:16)

However.... Look at this one.......

Matt 19:7-8
7 They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away?
8 He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so.


People are allowed to divorce, but only on the grounds of adultery...... However, it was Moses that allowed it to be..... Yet, from the beginning, it was not something that was done... It just did not exist.......

He never said it was ok to get one, Moses did, to placate the his people. Jesus, rescinded that change. He did, how ever say you could divorce for the sake of adultery, but you must never re-marry, and remain celibate. If you do re-marry, it must be the wife you divorced.
