There is no point if the parents wont sit on them, as they need to be turned every so often thru out the day too, and also are you really prepared to hand feed these babys EVERY hour when they first hatch???????? even thru the night? u'd have weeks of trying to hand rear these and then for what? you aint done anything good? when they are old enough and u put them out in the wild again and they'd end up dying because they wouldnt know how to find food for themselves or anything as u've been giving it to them and so on, and to keep them in a cage would be terrible seriously leave the eggs where they are or chuck them,

As a farm girl that used to raise them it is easy trust me.All you need to do is get a box or something to put them in,and get something to wrap them in like old clothes or hay.Go to your local pet store or farm equipment store and tell them you need a warming light .Keep the eggs under the warming light most of the day if you have to take them out do it for no more than a hour.We used to take medicine droppers and feed ours,at the farm store you will need to find some baby bird food it is food that you mix with water to feed baby birds, get a dropper like out of child's medicine bottle gently hold their heads back and drop a little into there mouth not a lot at a time though.you will need to feed them about every four hours for the first few weeks then you can step it up to about six hours. You will need to keep there bedding as clean as possible.and bathe them about once a week, this means washing them off with warm washcloth.Once they get old enough about six months to be safe I would go to the store and buy a parakeet which is not very high and let them fly around in the same room together this will get them ready to leave home. When you think they are ready release them.
