No, but I believe that your manufacturer or Microsoft will be able to send you one, if you can prove ownership. Usually, that means that you'll have to tell them your Windows Serial number. If you machine came with Windows, then it more than likely is physically on the computer. If not, it is on your Windows packaging.

No you can't download, it you have system restore enabled it is on your computer. Start - programs - accessories - system tools - system restore. Select an earlier restore point. Other than that, put the xp cd in your cd drive, restart the computer, as it is booting keep pressing the F8 key it will give you an option to boot off your cd drive. Select that and then select repair an existing installation. You will need the product key to be able to do this though.

It would be better if you created them with your xp installation or ordered them on cd from your system manufacturer to keep the file integrity.

If you have a computer like HP or Compaq, you create them yourselves. They are not downloadable. Go to the website for the manufacturer of your computer for help. Go to Microsoft website for help.
