Re-Frozen meat?

My freezer is messed up it un-thawed my meat then it froze it again. Can I still use the meat?

You can refreeze raw meat but if you refreeze already cooked meat it breaks down the texture of the meat and it won't taste right.

I wouldn't. It could be unsafe, and it makes the meat weird and pulpy. Throw it out.
