The best advice I can give people when they are having trouble deciding what to do is:
Do what you wanna do. If you wanna call her/ go on a second date right away. Do it!!!! Do what feels right.

There's no set time. If you want to go out on another date discuss it with the person and determine the next time you're both free. Just say "hey, I had a great time on our date, do you wanna go out again?". That's if you did have a good time and you like the person and if you perceive that the other person had a good time and may be interested in you.

I would guess it depends on how the first one went? I think you can get a feeling if the other person had a god time. If not sure, Wait a few days and give them a call that will help you answer that question. You will know if someone is interested in getting to know you!

it depends on you. you can ask her out again as soon as you want sometime after a week and she will say yes as long as she enjoyed the first date. good luck.

Depends. If she chews with her mouth open, makes fun of other people she sees, or has that guy-friend/roommate who is secretly in love with her, there probably won't be a second one.
