I posted a couple questions earlier, but I had problems with every way I saw.

I'm trying to export a bunch of messages from an old computer to our new one. I tried exporting to a .pst file, but I can't load from the new computer. I tried copying the messages into the new computer's messages folder, and it loaded all the messages into the Inbox, but none of the other folders. Someone suggested deleting the folder.dat folder, but I never found one.

Also, after importing a contact list, how do you make the imported list appear in the Contacts box?

Exporting/importing a .pst file does NOT work in Outlook EXPRESS.

Exporting the .pst and importing absolutely works. I suggest sticking with that method and posting questions about any problems you have while using that method.

I own an IT service/support/consulting company that uses this process regularly with clients.
