Yes, but only in the mountains (though we've gotten snow in April before in Berne, it is not very likely).

Not in the major cities unless you get a freak snowstorm, but Switzerland has alot of roads that lead up to a higher elevations where there is sure to be snow still on the ground.

I was there in late March once and the weather in Zurich was mild --like in the 50's during the day...but we rented a car and drove around alot. One trip took us way up into the mountains where there was still about a foot of snow on the ground and the temperature was around 30 degrees.

Yes, in the mountains there will still be snow. People will still be skiing (in early April).
There is number of mountains, where there is ALWAYS snow (see the links below)
