what another believes. Why do somepeople have to be so arrogant to believe their way is the only correct way, and everyone else is wrong. What if we all find out that God was just happy that we tried to follow in someway. Because could you really be at fault if your messed up parents taught you the wrong thing, because that is what their parents taught them, but a hundred yrs later you find out they were ALL wrong! I think it all comes down to good behavior and good intentions, and the love we have in our hearts for others.....NOT RELIGION.....anyone else?

Time have change for human to understand the purpose of religion. God created man. Man created religion. It is a guide to understand oneself .All religion is the same. If God hsa thougt only one particular religion was supreme than on the first day of ctreation god would have created oonly one religion and chirst or mohamed or krishna or buddha would have been the first man on earth.

The basic principal of human to live the life as a human. To love and share with one another. If there is no war and all is peace on earth. What is the purpose of religion if all humans understand we are one big family. We can share the fruiths of one another without being possesive and love each other with religion or colour. Earth would be than a heaven for the angles would be also be jealoue of us.

I like to think I am spiritual, but not religious. By this I mean I am not compelled to follow certain rituals or celebrate certain occasions of the religion I was born into. I just do what I am comfortable with. It's nice and at the same time surprising to learn that Narcotics Anonymous bases their program on spiritual principles. What you have outlined as being part of the program is in fact the essence of all religions. It is a pity that some amongst us do not realise that different religions are just different paths to the same destination. It doesn't matter if another path is shorter, better, bitumen-topped or whatever. We will all get there in the end. However, as we haven't learned how to get along peacefully with each other, it seems like a nice idea to move away from organised religion and just be spiritual. I wish you well on your spiritual journey.

If you really have a good intent and desire to do good and believe in God and the afterlife (even if you have no religion) you'll do just fine :) Peace.

People are individuals so religion can be different for everyone. But no matter who you are, believe this: Jesus loves you very very much.

You know if you go with the Christian religion it tells you Christ lives in your heart. So within that if you listen to what your heart says then you can't go wrong.

I agree wholeheartedly with you. Your spiritual relationship with God (or what you call "him") is so very personal that no one can teach it to you. It is something that you know that you know and can't be swayed.
