how does water clean out your system?

Picture a sink drain. Picture trying to stuff all your leftovers down the drain without water. Now RINSE! Water takes all the waste (It actually binds to what your body doesn't need) and drags it out of your system. "flushing" your system with lots of water is actually the only good way to clean yourself out. Does that help? Hope so.

Water acts as a solvent for various toxic substances and non toxic substances.Helps in flushing out toxic substances and absorbing essential solutes through kidneys and sweat pores.Imagine a railway station with train and people. Those with tickets get into the train, the rest leave. Some get off at their station. It also helps in removing water soluble bile salts and pigments which are toxic end products of RBC metabolism.

Toxins accumulated in the body due to working of the body parts have to be dissolved and sent out of the body as sweat or urine, lest they cause diseases...

The water therapists - a group of health teachers - claim that 2 to 3 litres of water have to be drunk by each individual per day, for healthy body... Many people - including some yoga teachers advise their students to take plenty of water... particularly first thing in the morning (1.2 litres or 6 cups of 200 ml) for cleaning the system...

Many of my friends and colleagues particularly those affected with piles (a fall out of recurrent constipation), hyperacidity or ulcer etc have reported salutory effect due to water therapy...

But allopath practitioners have not agreed with this theory and I have read some articles in health journals about the harm in taking excess water without the craving for it... There are many of my yoga colleagues who are practicng it and I also started taking water in the mornings with good impact for my constipation and acidity. But I have not got single follower of water therapy reporting adverse effect due to taking more than a litre of water in the morning..

Some naturapaths advocating more raw foods in preference to cooked ones have opined that water need not be taken at all and the fruits and vegetables taken raw supply the required water...

So there are different views with different schools and each seem to have their own following with good effects..

your body is between 50% & 70% water. the body needs water for all of it's functions. not enough water = reduced functions. urine, sweat, bowel movements all need water. the body's whole waste disposal system needs water to flush out toxins. of course just drinking water alone isn't enough. the water in a can of coke doesn't count because of the extra water need to get rid of the sugar and other undesirables in the coke. then of course you can take it one step further and get a colonic or do a salt water cleanse. enjoy.

All your internal organs need lots of water to work well, especially your kidneys which filter your blood of waste products.
