By being smart. Literally. Get an education and show it by engaging in interesting conversation. Carry yourself with respect and demand respect from others. Chivalry isn't dead, most men don't see a need. They get the goods with half the effort. Don't dress provacative for attention. A sense of humor, good convo, self respect, and great personality will land you Mr. Right. You start showing cleavage and stuff and you'll just get a booty bandit.

I cannot see a REAL woman asking THIS question, for they ALL know they possess natural sexual charms that are the intial spark of attraction.
And in that is your answer: you have to find within you the sexual charms present in you and enhance them (tastefully and with a degree of class) so to be noticed by those you seek.
