how about.. you be honest with them... if you know you're not supposed to date her.. then you know how they will react.. so don't dwell on it.. you'll only get into it deeper.. !@ least this way they'll get over it sooner.. IF they ever do..

i'm guessing you might be a little young, so you might want to hold off on deciding you love her. When i was younger i thought i loved some people, but the older i get the more i feel even more strongly about new relationships. just give it time.
on the other hand, you need to be able to have a mature conversation with your parents. Sit down, tell them with out whining or yelling how you feel. Do not say "Everyones doing it" tell them about your own personal feelings and maybe they'll listen.

you need to be a man and just tell them i will not lie to you im dating this girl im not supposed to but i like her so im going to keep dating her because she is not a bad person hopefully but if she is you better stop dating her k.

Just be upfront and honest.
"Hey mom/dad, remember so-and-so?" (here, fill in her name and any other info that your parents may already know about her)
"Well, I really kind of like her..." (here, fill in WHY it is that you like her)
"And I know that I'm not supposed to date, because...." (here, acknowledge that you know and respect their rules and authority)
"But, I was hoping that we could come to some sort of compromise."
From here, figure out some sort of compromise they may agree to. Maybe they'd like to meet her first. Maybe they'd like it if you only hung out with other friends around. Maybe they'd like it if you would only hang out at your house when one of your parents is home. You have to be willing to compromise, to give a little, in order to show them that you are responsible and mature. It'll be worth it.
