It depends on what God directs you to do. it might be to speak to him about Christ, it might be to lend him a hand, it might be to listen to his worries or concerns, or it might be to convict him. Whatever the case, I would pray first so that you are in tune with what God wants you to do. He knows the end from the beginning. God must be in control and we must be 'instant in season or out of season'.

Well, if you are a born again Christian, I would see it as a grand opportunity to give witness to him of the scriptures, bringing the truth of God's Word to him. Talk to him about the Lord. If he's not interested, then say no more. If he keeps asking questions and seems interested or curious, then keep on witnessing. That is part of what is required of us as God's chosen people. That's the way always see it: an opportunity knocking to bring him closer to God in a spiritual way, of course - through scripture.
God bless - hope he finds God's Word inspiring and turns to Christ.

The key word is "worldly",I wouldn't have anything to do with him except tell him the Good News because I as a christian am trying to not put any importance on anything of this world. Only Jesus can save us.

Strange question. Christians have friends of many kinds. Some are unbelievers. By the mere fact that this person comes to visit you shows that he envies you in some way.
Most true Christians have a specialness about them. People see it and are jealous to a degree.><>

jit: Probably no big deal other than he wants to see what's up with you after all this time. You knowing that he is "worldly" would be wise not to go "religious" on him. Be a good friend and be hospitable towards him and his visit will be a good example to him of how you are.

The significance of meeting with him?
He's my friend. I'm not his friend because I want him to be spiritual, or because he is worldly. I'm his friend because I'm his friend.
If I learn something from him, or he learns something from me - if either or both of us are enriched or changed by our encounter with one another, then so much the better.
It is not my job to make people more spiritual. It's their job to decide whether they want to be or not.

One's life is one's best friend. To know one's self is spirituality. That is the truth and reality of life. Significance ; THE MIRROR OF SELF.

To let him know about the good news of Jesus, and how important it is to prepare for His soon second coming.
Everyone needs to know and hear about Jesus.
That's what Jesus would want you to do. And just maybe because he is a friend of yours he will listen to you and it will change his life.
How great your reward will be in Heaven for bringing someone else to the Kingdom of God.
Its you duty to the Lord, you do know this don't you ? I will pray for that situation for you, Good Luck

They can see something they want in those who live with the spirits guidance. Just be willing to teach him how to come to Christ when he asks for help.

To carry the GOOD NEWS to him. WE are expected to do so. I really want my friends to be in heaven with me. I expect to do what I can to see that they get there. I hope that this makes sense. Have a great week.
