Christmas is the all time best marketing invention

Definately commercial..it seems Christmas has lost its meaning..how could a holiday be so holy and religious when the main focus is on profits and money and getting the latest gifts for the children? All that should be minimized to the extent where giving gifts should be focused on giving them to the needy and poor rather then on ourselves. Christmas should be a time to spend with one's family and actually focusing on religion and have peace and remembering those not fortunate enough to do so..

I know that Christmas is not the birth time of my savior. But as for me I have kept Christ in Christmas.I love Christmas.I love the songs, the decoration, the giving, the spirit I know is still around.
The stores make money off Christmas ,but they do off all holidays. To the Christian Christmas is and will always be "religious significance".I am so excited now for Easter .The day we celebrate my Risen savior.Praise Jesus<><

It's about 98% commercial. I disagree completely with Christianity at heart, but I still celebrate Christmas as a tradition.

I definitely feel it's commercial. In fact, I was thinking that when I saw your question. I used Christmas as a way to help others. I don't care about gifts like I used to.

christmas day is not really a religious activities but an activity of those who are following the wrong path to heaven. actually it is not the birth of Jesus Christ because nobody knows the birth of Jesus. Christmas time is only the teachings of the roman catholic church which was spread through out during the olden days. and now it is a tradition but it is not on the bible

Of course it's commercial. This is a commercial society. The whole premise of our country is capitolism. It's un-American to not be a Capitalist pig.

It has definitely gotten commercial! Just turn on the tv...you'll see news reports on the status of retail sales, the most popular gift items, interviews of last minute shoppers...
