What exactly is spiritualism? It is all about getting connected to yourself... your mind and body getting to be united. Most of us have a wrong idea of going to himalayas in a saffron robe to be spiritualism. This is wrong. You can be spiritual right here, right now, carrying on your duties.
The basic hurdle to tuning in to spiritualism, i feel, is comparison. Only when you start comparing yourself to others, do you get greediness, desire, discontent and misery. Instead, the minute we start living our life like its the best and taking each minute to be a blessing... we start the track of spiritualism!
