That woman is just fine, I am 5'6 @ 115 and extremely thin. I am NOT healthy at this weight. Most of my clothes are too big, (I wear a 3-4) although I have been trying to gain weight for years and all I got was high cholesterol, huge gall stones & just had my gall bladder removed. I did gain 20 lbs. since this last august but I will probably NEVER be that size7-9 girl I see in the mirror. My husband weighs more than twice as much as I do and I eat a whole heck of alot more in one day than he does in three! I am a stay at home housewife, he works very hard physically; 6-7 days a week. So, just be happy with the body you are blessed enough to LIVE in and don't worry about your weight unless it is causing you ill health. We are built for comfort or speed, use what you have wisely. It's all about metabolism.Your loved ones will appreciate you no matter what.

At a good weight. I heard once a loose way of telling a good weight of a woman is start with 100 lbs. For every inch above 5' add 5 lbs. So I am 5'10" I should weigh around 150 lbs.

Nothing like trying to be "perfect" though we are human. You sound at an ideal weight to me so dont sweat it.

possibly underweight. Depends on her build and bone structure though. I would be underweight at 115.
