No, if the TV does not have the three ports, then it is not capable of interlacing the video signal. an adapter would be meaningless because it would combine them back to one (your yellow composite). How about a S-video jack?

Component inputs are still not standard on all TV's. I've found that TV's without these inputs (certainly not HD) usually don't have the ability to give you a picture much better than what you would achieve with your composite cable, so don't worry about it. You would only notice the difference on a fancy TV!

you can buy an adapter for it from any radio shack or your local electronice store
