Yes. In fact, any retailer that accepts Visa will take it. However, if you purchase products in excess of 250.00, you will probably have to pay for the difference with cash, check, or debit as most retailers will not except "split transactions", i.e., purchases placed across two different credit cards using the "credit" processing mechanism.

Keep track of your balance, though. Many companies that issue these cards will charge you an additional fee if you have to call them to check your available balance remaining on the card.
