I came home a couple of hours ago and noticed something was wrong with my 12 year old shih tzu. i rushed her to the emergency room (2 minutes away fro me) and they said she had a grand mauhl seizure. she has never had a seizure before. She died. im really devasted about this. Thinking should I have left today? I feel so guilty but she has never had a seizure before. Now every christmas will be very sad for me. Also why dont my other dogs seem to notice shes not here?

Awww, what a terrible thing to have happen! And on Christmas too.
I really feel so bad for you. I had 'my baby durl', her name was Daisy Mae and she was my 11yr. old Shih-Tzu. Thank goodness that I didn't lose my baby girl on any holiday.

Here is a site that is the best place to go where you can make a custom tribute of her. You can pick the music and the backgrounds and have a pic of her too.
These people went all out on this because they love thier 'gone' pets
And it's all free. It really is an awesome site.
I have all of my 'gone' 'kids' there from the last 5 years. I go back and 'visit' when I really get to missing them.
Sorry I rambled on ....and on....
But I know how bad it sucks when you lose a loyal, cute as pie, loved one.
And just remember.....she really isn't THAT far from you. Keep your senses open and trust your feelings.
Take good care of yourself and the rest of the furry kids that you have to love. ~wink, wink~
