when i go to sleep sometimes it feels like something is pushing down on me , i cant scream or move it like an unexplainable force what is it?

Have you put your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and asked Him to be your Savior? If not you need to face up to the fact there are 2 supernatural spiritual powers in the world, the Kingdom of God and the Kigdom of Satan. The Bible teaches that we are "by nature children of wrath" (Ephesians 2:3) This is why Jesus taught "You must be born again" (John 3:7) We need to call on Jesus to forgive us and save us from the power of Satan and the power and penalty for our sins, and then turn away from them and begin to live a life of faith and love. Jesus promised this "Truly truly I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him (God the Father) who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed OUT OF DEATH, INTO LIFE."(John 5:24)
This same truth is expressed in Colossian 1:13 where we read "For He has delivered us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us into the kingdom of His Beloved Son".
Once we have taken this step we become citizens of the Kingdom of God. We become children of God. As children of God we become enemies of Satan and the evil spirits under his authority. But the power of God that resides in us when we become children of God is greater than the power of Satan and his demons. "Greater is He that is in you (the Holy Spirit), than he that is in the world." (Satan). (I John 4:4)
However Satan will challenge us if we are rebellious, ignorant or passive in our attitude. We must actively resist him. To do this God gives us spiritual weapons. The chief weapon that every believer possesses is authority to use the name of Jesus. In Luke 10:17-19 the 70 disciples returned from a mission Jesus sent them on and said "Lord even the demons are subject to us IN YOUR NAME" And He said to them "I was watching Satan fall from heaven like lightening. Behold., I give you authority to tread upon serpents and scopions and over all he power of the enemy and nothing shall injure you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven"
To use Jesus name we must exert faith. This is done through the mouth. Spiritual power is released through the tongue. This is why the Bible says "If you confess Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes, resulting in righteousness (rightstanding with God) and with the tongue one confesses, resulting in salvation" (Romans 10:9,10)
Hindrances to this may include unforgiveness, unrepentance (unwillingness to turn away from sin), occult involvement (anything from ouija boards to charms, spells, or the like, which need to be confessed as sin and renounced). Really anything you know displeases God.
So the sum of the matter is this "Submit yourself therefore unto God. Resist the Devil AND HE WILL FLEE FROM YOU" (James 4:7)
Call on the name of Jesus today. He said "the one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out" (John 6:37)

It could be one of two things. You could be in twilight sleep. A medical diagnosis which you cant move yet but are aware of it. It has happend to me. Or, if you are going to fortune tellers, playing in the occult or stuff like that, then that is something different. I believe it could be a spirit or demon messing with you. Either way, look into it. I hope you are not playing in the occult. Rent the Exocorsit if you think it is all fun and games.

Are you a Christian???? If this is a demonic spirit then a Christian should be able to deal with it and send it away in the name of Jesus. If you are not then you will have no power over it..
It also could be another problem that is not spiritual. To teach spiritual warfare would take too much space for this forum..

Demons! Prau before you go to sleep and ask God for proctection... the Spiritual Warfare is our battle in the spiritual world which is like demons angels...etc

It's what is going on all around us at all times. Pray in the name of JESUS. it can be dangerous not to. JESUS is the name above all names, The King of Kings, The Holy One, The Counselor, The Author and the Finisher of Our Faith. He alone can save and help you.

You mean warfare not welfare. Or you could have a sleep disturbance that many people have where they have this feeling.

look up the term incubus...they are beleived to have that effect
