Yes, I feel good about life, personally. I am retired (63 years old), plenty of money, and a beautiful young wife (49 years old)

But, I worry constantly about the state of the world for those who still have to work for a living and raise children.

From crowded cities, global warming, increased bad weather, illegal aliens from Mexico bringing strong new forms of diseases, and finally berserk Muslim extremists spreading a plague of hatred and violence all over the world.

I am afraid nuclear war is eminent on the horizon. I really don't know how it can be avoided. My major was International Relations and I am a retired Intelligence Officer. I have studied the pros and cons of the US using Nuclear weapons to stem the threat to its people and its allies.

If Iran develops nuclear weaponry, missiles, bombs, or suitcase style, I am quite sure no place in the world will be safe from either extinction or at the very least Nuclear contamination.

I will probably die of natural causes before it culminates, but what about our children, and our children's children?

When the death bell tolls, it tolls for thee, and it tolls for me and my sweet wife, and my vulnerable children and grandchildren.

We are all Christians, but that is of little help here in this world.

We must face today before we can dream about tomorrow.

You had a good question - damn you - I will lose some sleep worrying about things.

But, maybe tomorrow I will write my congressman. In that sense, you have probably helped me to help others.

Holiday means a day for Festival, celebration or a saint's day, it may or may not be a sacred day! Holy day means a sacred, blessed, divine, consecrated day, which may not be a holiday but a HOLY DAY. Sorry I don’t know what is a holly day.

Unfortunately most people want to celebrate these days as wishes by them without giving much importance to the reason of the holiday or holy day.

we don't know the exact day of Jesus' birth but this is the day chosen to celebrate His birth by most of the world. It is a happy day. Life has ups and downs, everyone's. If you have God in your heart He is with you in good times and bad.
I have the promise of heaven and eternal life with Him when I die or leave the earth. I hope all who read this tonight will come to know , really KNOW that God is real and loves you.

Today I feel great. And I've suffered from depression the past four years and I feel like I'm getting out of it (with no medication). Life's getting better. :-D

I don't believe in religion, but I believe in taking advantage of days to celebrate with the family. Today was one of those days. Love, joy, family, food and fun.
