In Revelation 2:2 we read; I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:

These seven letters to these seven Churches, I believe, is to each one of our advantages, to remember "Two" things about them.

(1) I believe they are a "Picture" of Seven Representative Church’s, which, one or more you can find in any age, in any period of history, of the Church, (from its Beginning to it's Calling Out) and every Church in the world today will fall into one or more of these categories of Churches. And even You and I will fit into one of these, ourselves!

(2) The second thing to remember is the "Prophetic" nature of these letters. For they are a "Preview" of the entire Church Age, falling into Seven periods of time, from the birth of the Church, to the coming of our Lord Jesus at the Rapture.

You must remember, that the church is not a physical thing.... it represents what is individual in men..... The church is literally, mankind......

There are 7 perspectives of the church found in men.... and men do not know to which church they belong.....

These perspectives make up the 7 "kinds" of church which men are.......

There are some who tolerate those lies, that do those lies.... and work those works..... and some who say they are apostles, but do not the things which are written to be done.... and so, among them, there are rewards just as there are punishments for what is tolerated among us......

We are the church.... we make up the body of Christ.... we are the symbolic "branches" which are grafted in.......

I just read the last word "rapture" and knew that you were a "fringe" Christian. There are people in Heaven right now, they are called saints. Amen.

There is no rapture in the Bible; it was invented in the 1800s. Next!
