The holder of an F-1 visa is supposed to be a full-time student. If you are "doing business" in the US, you are in violation of your student status.

You clearly need a heavier class load.

what if he already has full load, and it still leaves him enough time, his primary purpose is education and he's taking the max. number of credits (students are not allowed to go beyond a certain limit).. is he still violating law, by occasionally meeting people for business purposes?
