BOTH
This is exactly why so many relationships end in breakups and divorce. Both partners need to be giving 100% or it WILL NOT work. One person trying to carry the whole responsibility will become worn out, frustrated, and will feel underappreciated, taken for granted, and walked all over.

Where do you live??! It's both the girl and the boy's responsibility. It's his job to make sure she's happy and her job to make sure she is. If that's not what your willing to do or work for the maybe you should get a kept woman who gets paid to take care of you. (Not being snooty just realistic). A relationship takes two people to want it to happen.

It is a 2 way street. Each should give 110% to the relationship. You are partners right? Give and take equaly. It is not just for one to be responsible for.
