For some odd reason I was wondering about this. Could you perform a ritual that would allow you to locate or sense some ones spirit?

It should be possible, if you have information about the person some sort of location spell, or perhaps even some means of dowsing using a map could be employed.

I dont know about tracking, i think...if one tries hard enough, they may find one by fate, but only if its meant to be. Messing with the astral world is dangerous and do so only with help from a guru or a priest/priestess, sage, etc.

yes, how ever some people are more experienced(sensitive) than others. I personaly cannot do that except I can feel my father
