First of all, read Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John. Look at a newborn baby, a puppy, and a night sky. Then if you are still an athiest, take a good long look at the American flag and thank it for the freedoms you have....including your right to ask such a non-needed question on Christmas night. Be thankful that the government is not dragging you out of your home and stoning you to death. May God Bless You.

When there are two divergent beliefs, it does not mean that the truth lies somewhere in the middle. One belief can simply wrong. Like the belief that our planet is flat or that the Earth is the center of the Universe.
At one time religious leaders believed that it was essential to the faith that one must believe the world was flat and the church was willing to kill those who did not subscribe to that belief.
It is clear that some vigorously held religious beliefs are going by the wayside as scientific knowledge advances.
Those religions that remain will those with the ability to evolve.

In my opinion.... wow what a question. NOt only did you offend every christian but anyone of any religious persuasion. I think for ME that I do not believe in god or any god written down. I believe in everyday life and in science SO that makes me beliver on some level. I believe I will be a good person tomarrow, I believe I would like $100,000.00. NO i am not dead wrong but i think you understand. Believers in what and what context is something to think about. Beleivers in the spaghetti god? LOL anyways I do NOT believe in God or any God! ARe they dead wrong. Yes in my opinion. But I will let them have thier opinions and beliefs cause I want the freedom to have mine. Also its kinda funny when they quote the bible for thier answers to believe in god. If i don't believe in God nor thier bible, How does quoting to me, from the bible , give them any credulity?? thats almost comical to me. =)

No, no, no I don't agree. When we Christians are dead, we'll know how right we were! When you unbelievers are dead, you'll be DEAD WRONG PERIOD! That's not one error of eternal proportions I'm willing to make. Oh, what a wicked and adulterous generation. Who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?

Believers are often inconsistent, and often wrong about some things, but God, Jesus, The Bible, and the gospel is not wrong. I ask that you take a look at the real deal. There are fakes, and imposters everywhere, please don't base your ultimate view of believers on the ones who misrepresent God from time to time. There are good doctors and there are bad doctors. You don't give up on the whole medical profession just because of a few bad ones. Please don't give up on the true and living God, who really does love you, because of a few bad examples.

That would depend on what you mean by "Believers" and what you think they are wrong about.

Are you referring strictly to Christians, or are you speaking of other religions as well?

What are they wrong about in your opinion? The existence of a diety? The literalistic view of the Bible? Something more specific?

If you will ask this question it is good to rephrase it so we can determine the exact parameters of the discussion.

You my friend, are my hero.

I do believe that they are wrong. Very, very, very wrong. I have never been proved otherwise.

But some people will refuse to accept that. Most because they are just to ******* lazy to think of their own ideas and make a set of their own beliefs. It is just way easier for them to just be told what to believe in.

The other very small amount of people who a true believers and actually have READ the Bible and made their own interpretation of the messages represented in it, are very well respected by me.

I don't think you really believe that.
You are looking for someone else to confirm your thoughts.
You are also using the word, dead. I think you are worried about what happens to you after you die. You should be......
