Do you want to get there by airplane, by bus or by car?
firstly i don't recommend going by car but if you are thinking on going by bus or airplane, well hello it's Way cheaper if you depart from Cd. Juarez, and then just making stops probably in Mexico city, but i guess you already know that since everybody knows that, its just that your question is a little bit confusing.
anyway, have fun on your trip.

You can do it by air, car or bus out of Ciudad Juarez right across the border. All three means take you through Guadalajara. Out of Ciudad Juarez airport you can fly Juarez CJS-Guadalajara GDL-Vallarta PVR on AeroLitoral (AeroMexico's regional airline http://www.aerolitoral.com/eng/index.html). By bus you need to allow at least 24 hours including a bus change in Guadalajara and you can do it on Estrella Blanca Bus Lines or it's subsidiaries at http://www.estrellablanca.com.mx (In Spanish). By car it is a 1,162 mile trip through Guadalajara also, you can find your route (In Spanish) at http://www.sct.gob.mx under the Traza tu Ruta (Trace your Route) section. You need to be prepared to pay some 1,290 pesos in highway toll booths (about 120 US dollars).
