I was at my local gym. I swam a couple of laps in the pool for 30 minutes. Came out went to shower had very bad pain around appendix peed which looked normal with red. Came home peed again red stuff without pain. Never has happened. This happened 5-6 months ago.
What was it?

You may have passed a kidney stone and the stone may have passed into your bladder. You may want to get this checked out.

It's possible. I had appendicitis attacks about once a month for 2 yrs. It only lasted a couple of days ea. time, and then one day the pain never stopped, and when my mother took me to the hospital and they determined it was my appendix and operated, the doctor told my mother that he could tell I'd have several attacks prior because ea. time I had one, my appendix got a little harder 'til finally it was rock hard.
